Permanent Placement uses active sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, databases) to fill defined roles efficiently. Executive Search is a deeply consultative, confidential headhunting process targeted at passive senior leaders who aren't actively looking. It includes industry mapping, direct outreach, psychometric assessments, and often board-level involvement.

Permanent Placements typically close within 15–25 business days. Volume Hiring campaigns are scaled to your timeline — we can process hundreds per week. Executive Search engagements usually take 4–8 weeks due to the confidential nature and seniority of candidates involved.

We offer a replacement guarantee for all placements. If a candidate leaves voluntarily or is terminated for cause within the guarantee period (typically 90 days for mid-level, 6 months for executive), we conduct a new search at no additional fee.

Cultural fit assessment is embedded at multiple stages: our discovery phase documents your values and team dynamics; screening interviews include behavioral and situational questions mapped to your culture; and for executive roles, we use psychometric tools and leadership simulations.
